A new start

many times, we will told ourself that we want to have a new day starting tomorrow.
but, do u really start your life every tomorrow morning?
NO. we wouldn't.
if you really want to have a new starting, you wouldn't say, let's start a new life tomorrow.
instead, you will say, let's start my new life now.

YES. it is true that to have a new start is difficult because we all have been familiar with our habit.
it is need time to change.
therefore, why we want to force us to be changing drastic?
why don't we just change it step by step n little by little.
by this way, we wouldn't so suffer, right?

nothing say about it.
just feel that i need to have a change
no matter is changing physically or mentally.
